Return or exchange any unworn item with tags within 7 days of delivery.

Request it from My Account → Orders. We'll arrange a pickup.

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the pickup is checked. COD refunds are made by bank transfer.

Innerwear and items bought on final sale can't be returned.
